Use of the JadiKing platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. All accounts are subject to age verification. JadiKing reserves the right to close any account that does not meet this requirement without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active JadiKing account. Holding multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances. This applies regardless of whether different devices or networks are used.
All bonuses received are subject to the specified rollover requirements. Winnings from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been fully met. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type.
All transactions on JadiKing are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks.
You are responsible for keeping your JadiKing username and password secure. JadiKing will never ask for your password through any channel. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
In any dispute relating to games, bonuses, or transactions, JadiKing's final decision is binding upon completion of the internal investigation. All complaints may be submitted through our customer support within 30 days of the date of the incident.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the JadiKing platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. JadiKing reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage and may suspend or close any account that fails to provide satisfactory proof.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation that may result in account closure and balance freeze.
Each individual is permitted only one active JadiKing account at any time. Attempts to create multiple accounts — regardless of device, IP address, or registration method used — constitute a direct violation of these Terms. JadiKing employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JadiKing account login credentials. JadiKing will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs through your account — whether or not initiated by you — remains your responsibility.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JadiKing platform and may result in immediate account closure:
JadiKing reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of current address. Failure to submit the requested documents within 7 working days may result in a temporary account suspension.
JadiKing accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. JadiKing does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods. Daily and weekly deposit limits vary by membership tier. Players may set lower personal deposit limits at any time through their account settings as a self-control measure.
The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit. JadiKing does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
JadiKing reserves the right to carry out additional security checks for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 or for accounts displaying unusual activity patterns. These checks may take up to 48 working hours.
All bonuses, promotional offers, and rewards offered by JadiKing are subject to the rollover requirements and eligibility criteria set for each respective promotion. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for gameplay.
Rollover refers to the total wagering amount that must be completed before bonus winnings can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with an 8x rollover requirement means you must place bets totalling RM 800 before a withdrawal is permitted.
JadiKing uses a monitoring system to detect bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include placing opposing bets (arbitrage) using bonus funds, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Any detected abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.
All games on the JadiKing platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by an accredited third-party body. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slots game is publicly published for players' reference. JadiKing does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
JadiKing live casino games are broadcast live from licensed studios with real dealers. Game outcomes are determined by physical actions that occur during the live broadcast. Should a technical disruption occur while a game is in progress, JadiKing will determine a fair resolution based on system records at the time of the disruption.
Once a game round or hand is completed and the result is displayed on your screen, that result is final. Players may not cancel a bet once a round has begun. Any dispute relating to a specific game result must be submitted within 24 hours of the time of the incident.
JadiKing offers betting markets across a wide range of sports, including football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, UEFA Champions League), badminton (All England, Thomas & Uber Cup), tennis, basketball, e-sports (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Dota 2, Valorant), and other sports listed from time to time.
JadiKing reserves the right to adjust betting limits and odds at any time without prior notice, particularly for high-demand matches or in cases of unusual betting activity. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will be the odds used to calculate winnings, regardless of any subsequent changes.
If a match is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded to the player's account. If a match is suspended after it has started and is not completed within 24 hours, JadiKing will settle bets in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport.

Self-imposed deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day waiting period before taking effect, while reductions apply immediately. Self-exclusion takes effect within 15 minutes of the request and cannot be reversed during the designated period.

You may request the closure of your JadiKing account at any time by contacting our customer support. Before closure is processed, all available balances and eligible bonuses must be withdrawn or they will be forfeited. The closure process typically takes up to 5 business days.

JadiKing shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events. Nonetheless, JadiKing will always endeavour to restore services as quickly as possible and will consider reasonable compensation where disruption is caused by an error on our part.
JadiKing's maximum total liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 12 months.
